Any Linux distros with Xfree86 4.1 included?

Are there any distros out with this alreayd included on setup? cause i have a radeon and im a complete linux newbie and have no idea how to install it or recompile or whatever ya gotta do...and dont point me to linuxnewbie.com or anything like that

i thought mandrake 8 came out like 3 months before Xfree86 4.1..do you have any guaranntee it comes with the latest stable verssion not a beta?>

It might actually be Xfree 4.0.3, I'm not sure
if 4.0.3 works enough for you to be able to use it, you can get 4.1 with the software manager with no problems at all.

Just open the Mandrake Software Manager (or whatever it was called) and then add a "Cooker" source. You can then download Xfree 4.1 as if it were a package on the CD.

when is suse releasing their newest distro? and what ver are they on? im still with 6.2

XF86 4.1 just dropped a week or two ago, right? That's hardly time for any distro to fully embed it into a release. You might be able to get binary or source RPMS/DEB/TGZs for you distro, but I don't think you can expect more than that.
