Title pretty much says it all. I want a web page built, but do not have that much money to spend.

Thanks. I Think I may have found another one. Magickalmoon. From what I seen they do decent work. But I want to find more to keep options open before I commit.

Up you go :)

Here shortly I am going to be opening a small store. Selling nic-naks and stuff with a few electronic items.

Being I live in a rural part of Alaska only accessible by Air, as well as the surrounding communities. I would like to have a review section. Stores in our area just sell the basic's with a few acceptions. Those exceptions never sell that well though. Take a diskman for example. When the new non-skipping ones came out, it took our stores months to sell them well the regualar stock kept selling at a higher rate because not that many people knew the anti-shock stuff worked. If I can just put in reviews for new things it might help in local sales.

Maintaining the site will be of no problem for me, I just do not have the programs to make a good looking web site. I also do not want a site that is 'best viewed with IE5 or higher'. I am looking for good compatablity with all web browser with the possible exception of AOL/WebTV. I do want a shopping cart, but no transactions will be handled on the web. They would have to call in for it (I do not expect out of area sales with the exception of local products).

So nothing ultra fancy. But not boring either, looking for about 8-13 page site.

Oh yeah, I do not need web hosting either. That will be done locally. All out of town communications are handled via satelite. Makes things very slow. Locally it will get rid of that lag, or at least ensure a single satelite hop for the surrounding villages instead of double.
