Any last minute help for a technical interview?

So I've got a phone interview with a corporate IT person for an IT Admin. position tomorrow (5/20). I've been with the company 4 years, two of which while still in college, thus no "real" experience, but I do hold my A+, Net+, and 2003 MCSA (yes, I know certs are worthless w/o experience). I've already had a standard interview that also included tech questions from in-house IT, but I now have to interview with corporate.

What kind of technical questions can I expect with these duties:

Installation and/or troubleshooting of:
Software
Network Printers
Workstations/Laptops
Network "problems"
System Problems (and logging)

Network is Novell with Win 2003 file servers and XP workstations. Corporate has a huge grip on the IT dept. and doesn't let them do much other than knick/knack stuff and emergency repairs.

Questions I'm prepared for:

How do you handle a high pressure situation?
How do you handle an angry/rude user?
How do you handle a user who is performing/requesting non-authorized actions?

Basically it's boiling down to me (with education) and 3 others with much less education, but 'some' experience (they've all been there about as long as me, so it's old experience).

Help.

Please!

(Sorry it's so long...)
