Any large computer vendors sell AMD?

I know that Dell doesn't, and I'm pretty sure that HP, IBM, Gateway, etc. do not. I've made a wish list on NewEgg for a new computer system that's just under $1000. I want to see if there are any prebuilt computers with similar parts that will cost a lot less.

Both HP and Gateway make AMD systems.

EDIT: Soon, you're going to start seeing more TV commercials from those companies advertising their AMD products like dell does right now with their pentiums. 🙂

Hell, Compaq even uses Nforce boards in their stuff.

Great hardware combos for the $$.

alienware does too, as well as IBM's server division(does it still exist?)

he's trying to get something for under 1k 😉

they do make a lot of AMD64 systems, but they will cost you $$

dell does not have amd now but that is probably going to change.

Server only. Which is odd because AMD has the reputation (not that it's true necessarily) of being less stable than Intel products. Strange choice by Dell. Not complaining, just finding it odd.
