Any known issues with the A7N266-VM?

A friend and I will be putting a system together soon and I'm just wonderign what (if any) issues there are with thius board. Here's what we were gonna be picking up:

Asus A7N266-VM (using all the on-board goodies)
256Megs of DDR
Duron 1GHz with HSF (anybody know of a quiet one from Newegg? I would get the SVC GC68 but we are trying to get everything from Newegg and BestBuy)
WD 40Gig 7200rpm
Using a Case with a Antec 300W PS

I read something at the OCWorkbench forums about problems when awakening from sleep mode ........... but I haven't had any trouble with my new A7N266-VM / 1800XP+ mini-system ....... so far it's rock steady.
