It depends on just what kind of OC you are looking for. That board is a decent overclocker, but last I knew had a faulty PCI-e lock. So as you up your FSB, your PCI-e goes up...120 is about the limit for most cards.
Is there anything that's not goofy like that? How high of an OC could I get with a 1.8GHz E4300 assuming my PCI-E card could go up to 120? I'm not sure of all of the math off the top of my head. PCI-E normally runs at 100, right? So that's only a 20% OC?
