Any input on my upgrade?

Seems like it's about time to say good bye to 939 and my trusty Opty 165. I'll replace the motherboard, cpu, video card and memory...should be able to reuse everything else (might replace the hdd if I find a good deal).
For gaming I mostly do WoW and the Total War series, but would like a rig that can expand my gaming horizons a bit.
I'm not especially wedded to AMD or Intel, and would like to stay somewhere around $500.
Right now can I do better than:

Phenom II X4 955 $160
HIS 5770 $150AR
ASUS M4A79XTD $107AR
G.Skill 4GB $110

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Looks fine to me. If you don't plan to go Crossfire (and with your tastes I doubt you would), you might want to consider going with the M4A77TD instead. The main thing the 770 loses versus the 790X is the extra PCIe lanes needed for crossfire.

Thanks...that's probably a good call. I doubt I'll end up hard core enough for crossfire in the foreseeable future.
