I put an RX 580 video card in my PC and now in Genshin Impact, several things on the ground and structures are flashing as if it were a texture bug and the shadows are bugging a little. Does anyone know how to solve it?

i was using the integrated graphics before and it was running normally without bugs
my pc: i7 3770
rx 580 2048sp 8gb ram
12gb ram

Not sure, it could be artifacts, as in a hardware issue, but it could also be just a software issue. What OS and driver set are you using?

Im using Windows 10 and i tested the AMD drivers most recents and old versions but nothing resolved

Where did you get the card from? It might be slightly unstable, explaining the artifacts. You could try underclocking the card, to see if that helps. If it does, that means the card isn't stable at default clocks, and you should return it if possible.
