I keep getting this error when shutting down. This hard locks my PC and I have to restart using the restart button, and then shutdown. The Blue Screen error is below.

"STOP 0x00000044 (0x81878488, 0x00000CCA, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Multiple _IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS)"

I have been getting this more and more recently. I have defragged my HD but no avail. This doesn't happen all the time, but most times when I have had my PC running for a while. The specs for my PC are below. Any suggestions or help in debugging this is appreciated. Thanks.

AMD T-Bird 1.4 GHz
512 MB PC2100 Crucial
GForce 3 (Gainward)

What type of cooling do you have, on your 1.4 GHZ, they get quite hot considering they can purdose up to 70 Watts of heat, and how much wattage is your power supply, if you dont have 300 on a 1.4 GHZ, your system would be unstable, which maybe your cause of your blue screen.

Cooling it with an SK6 with a quieter Sunon fan running at around 5000 RPM. It is keeping the temp at around 107 degrees. The PS is an A1 400 Watt supply. I don't think it is an issue of cooling.

Yes I tried to go to the site it recommended but everytime I get a Runtime Error when i get to the site. Any ideas? This freezes up my browser to the point that I have to open up Visual C++ to try to debug this and when I close Visual, all my browser windows close. Are any of you guys having problems accessing this site?

This Site

The error is in Line: 24, Error: Object not found

Regarding the I/O drivers, I don't know how to debug this problem since this problem is intermittent. I am utterly confused as to why this is happening. Please let me know if you can access the site above. Thanks.
