All I have is Salmon, Mayo, Eggs, Mixed Veggies and Bread. It's snowing outside so no chances of going out or calling delivery. Is there anything I can do with the above ingredients?

If you have cream cheese and some dill seasoning you can make scrambled eggs with pieces of salmon that is easy and *excellent*.

Put it in toaster oven, turn toaster oven on broil, (optional: put mayo on top of it after it is almost cooked through), wait a few mins for it to finish cooking, eat.

Those other suggestions might be nice but they take effort. My method is the lazy man's way to cook it.

actually salmon and eggs go together very well.

---salt and pepper the salmon, cook covered skin side down for about 10 minutes. Saute veggies and serve with toasted bread.

Your best option.

Oh IMO, anyone who puts mayo on a salmon filet should be shot.

:p

Wrong? Not really. I think that most assumed the lemon went on the fish, not on the outside of the packet :D

If you have corn starch, you should coat the salmon with it and fry the filet. It's fabulous this way.

easiest salmon is bake it... then put some pesto sauce that you can buy at the grocery store (made for pasta) and put it on there the last 5 minutes of baking.

Mix the eggs, coat salmon. Crumb up the bread and mix in spices (salt, pepper, red pepper), coat salmon in bread crumbs, fry.

I just buy a thick one inch sliced salmon steak a little bit heavier than a pound and clean the skin by removing all the scales with a knife. I put about a half teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of msg(accent) on both sides than pan fry the fish in about three tablespoons of vegetable oil in low heat until cooked - don't forget to flip the fish to cook evenly. A old Taiwanese man taught me this and my family eats this about once every two months.

Simple and delicious!
