Ok, I was asked to come up with a way that the 10 or so employees in our district office can note when they're out of the office or at a different site etc so the superintendent can "know where my people are at all times."
I could set them all up with google calendar accounts and have them all shared to the superintendent. This isn't ideal because then you have everyones info all jammed into the same day column.
What would be best is a page that shows the calendars seperately with a column for each person.
Anyone have any ideas?
Oh and of course they don't want to have to actually spend any money to accomplish this. Additionally, we don't have an exchange server so thats out.
