Any idea why it takes a while to transmit WU's to berkley?

I am a SETI noob, and I was wondering why it takes so long to transmit WU's. I cache 40 and right now I have 3 to send and 6 to fill according to the seti driver. Anything I should know other than "be patient"?
 
right now seti is just getting back online after an outage. everybody who has a queue is fighting to get there results in. This may be why you are having trouble connecting. Even if you only have one machine I highly recomend intalling and using setiqueue. it's a great chaching program that works well with setidriver and will attempt to connect every 10 min if you set it to. I assume you have a permanent connection so you want to make sure auto transmit box is checked. Another thing you can consider doing is using one of the team proxy's. These are setiqueues that are open to the public to use. There should be a thread at the top of the DC forum telling the addresses of these queues. If anything is unclear or you need anymore help getting seti set up so you can forget about it (don't know why anybody would want to do that 🙂) you can feel free to pm me.
