Any idea where I can find a 5.25" bay with USB ports?

I have a client who has a computer that has bunk front USB ports. His USB header on the mobo works fine as I tested it with another USB port. I would like to help him find a 5.25" front USB plate with a few USB ports so he has the convenience of using the front instead of going from the back. Any ideas?
