Any idea what this might be?

I have a Radeon 9800XT not overclocked.

Everytime I hover my mouse over the post message button or edit button I seem to get this:

Any idea what those black marks are? It's right where the arrow is pointing to that weirds me out.

I surf from other computers and this does not happen. I'm running the newest drivers available from www.ati.com.

Any ideas or is this a forum-wide problem?

I am not using any themes. If you're talking about the forum "theme" then yes, I'm using the "cool" theme. However it didn't do it when I was at another computer.

I just want to make sure it isn't a defective video card. That would suck, big time.

If it's a defective video card, it doesnt make sense it only does it for that one button on this one site... so I highly doubt it's your video card...
