The current $300 4GB iPhone has me tempted, but I wanted to know if you guys have any idea on what kind of improvements we can expect in the new ones coming out next month.

the cpu in the iphone is already pretty much top of the line avalible in a pda/phone. faster clock speeds just mean it eats more battery. I figure they may add one of the nvidia or ATI mobile chips to take some load off the cpu.
