Any idea how much $ to get a tooth chip fixed?

Hi guys, I just chipped my front tooth this morning (it woke me up, the cracking noise) and I want to get it fixed. I've had it fixed twice now, but this time it's really chipped 🙁

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to get this done? I don't have any dental coverage at the moment, but I can afford this I would hope, unless it's hundreds.

It's on the top tooth, very center, can't remember what they are called. It's been fixed twice before, I had this one fixed about 2 months ago, and then 2 months prior by the same guy.

The second time he didn't charge me because it was so soon, but I don't know if they'll do it again. I'm also not in the same city, but I will going back soon. I guess I will call them and ask if they'll do it again, no charge. What a PITA.
