A few years ago, I purchased a really nice app for making Panoramas. It is called Autostitch, and it was made by Cloudburst research. When I upgraded to a new iPhone, I noticed that the app was no longer available for download on the app store. I even looked in the "Updates -> Purchased" section of the App Store app, and it is nowhere to be found.
Apparently, the developer was purchased by Google. Emails and FaceBook messages to Cloudburst have been ignored. I contacted Apple's support and received a less-than-helpful response about reaching out to the developer.
This app is not installed on any of my current devices, and it was not backed up to iTunes, even though I have the backup apps option checked.
I appreciate any thoughts that you have.
