cablegod: you are using @home? Man they were terrible compared to knology for me. I get 800KB/s download from knology, I was getting about 40KB/s from @home.

Rogers@Home(Canada) doesn't have a cap, I've uploaded many things
at over 400kbps through Bearshare.

Is that @home Professional going to come out? it's supposed to have a higher cap. The guy who installed mine when he checked my lines said it's one of the cleanest he's ever seen. Prolly cause the house is only 3 years old... But that was funny to me as I could only get 26.4 on Dial-up. I even plugged my laptop directly into the box and same thing.

I tested at www.cable-modem.net and got 3200Kbps DL I figure the 128 up cap is correct as people only get about 16K a sec from me. So far I love my @home

15 kbps is a bit extreme! I get capped at 128 kbps like most people using @Home.

128 upstream, guaranteed 300Mb downstream (supposedly). Most people here only have 100-300 people on a node at a time instead of the (upto) 1200 that is listed um... somewhere I can't tell you. :p

If you're lucky enough to get only 50 or so on your node, you might be getting somewhere around 700Mb on the downstream.
