hello everyone

i just built a computer and i forgot to change the voltage on the power supply. after i realised that, i changed it back to 115. now if i reset the bios i am able to go to the BIOS screen - but after that when i set the frequency (P4 1.5) it just wont boot. nothing comes up on the screen - no beeps - just nothing. i even went down to the lowest frequency (800). the only way i can goto the bios is by resetting it.

any help would be great - thansk

Try disconecting the powr cables from the MB and removeing the power cord tthe power supply then reconnect them.

Oh and don't worry too much about your power supply faux paus - If you try to run the PS off 110 while the switch is in the 240 volt setting, no harm it simply doesn't run...

You do have a P4 power suplly right...the kind with the extra 4 pin connector...?
