Any HD4870 with hdmi coming?

Anyone that have seen if there will be coming any hd4870 with a real HDMI plug? I dont really like using an adabter as is another place to loose quality. So I would love if some manufacture made a card with one HDMI plug and 1 dvi.

Anyone that have seen anything about this? I have only seen imo shitty gfx cards with real hdmi and I also want to use my card for gaming so thsi is not an option.

As far (or short) as i know, all present cards are dependent on adapters...

Sorry it's not a 4870, but this is the only high end graphics card that "I" know of that has and hdmi port "without" an adapter.

You won't lose any quality by using a DVI-HDMI adapter since it's a digital signal. Either the signal makes it to the other end or it doesn't, unlike analog signals that can degrade.

But if you insist on having a dedicated HDMI port, the Powercolor HD 3870X2 has three DVI ports and one HDMI port.

I'm sure some ATI 48X0 series cards will eventually have one as well as we see more and more vendor-specific designs emerge.
