i cant believe you all dont know what threading is, i am a guy and i know, its when the esthetatician takes a long piece of thread and make s aloop with one end, she then plucks each hair out individually while creating this rocking motion with the thread and her hand so the loop in the thread opens and closes.

(i'm not sure if that made any sense :( let meknow if it didnt)

that is exactly what it is....it dosen't hurt as much as waxing...but works just as well!

I cant believe Ameesh and ActPrinces are the only ones that knows what it is. Altho, I dont know what the actual term is, but "threading" is where the person takes a piece of thread and rolls it around the eyebrows to take out the unibrow look or to take out the stray hairs around the eyebrows. I discovered it when my aforementioned friend admitted to us that he did that, and it was only then that I realized that I was growing a damn unibrow. :D

so what is the real term for this? I didnt know what else to call it but that.

Once when I flipped over a rock, I jumped back in fright when the Timber Rattlesnake under it, rattled at me loudly. Heh....

Oh yeah, I made a pie once.....or twice.

I dunno either. I guess the eyebrow hairs get caught in the twisting and winding thread and they get pulled out. The concept was strange when my friend told me about it too.

While not viewed so much as a woman's chore any longer, I do most of the family cooking at my house, that inclused appetizers and desserts, when needed. But other than that, I am all man, baby.

I think java threads are easier to understand than this eyebrow threading thing. I don't get it either.

Man, I still don't get what the "threading" thing does.

Anyway, I've been told I shop like a woman. I can spend hours in a mall or Best Buy, CompUSA, etc. But if that kind of shopping is girlish, I think a LOT of us here are guilty!

Got my legs shaved twice by girls. For districts in swimming. And I use manicure scissors instead of clippers. That's about it.
