Any guys ever have pain in their epididymis?

Sounds like chronic epididymitis. I would go see a urologist and have him/her check it out. Like others have said, you don't want this one getting out of hand.

I went to my Dr about something like this. There was like a small 'bump' on my left testicle. I felt it for a few days then I went to see the Dr. The f0cked up thing was when I was at the Dr neither she or I could find the dam lump on the testicle! I hasn't appeared since.

One thing that's been bothering me - although not lately - is a weird aching pain in my right nut, as well. It seems to come on slowly and get worse and worse, making it painful to walk if there is ANY jarring or even slight rubbing against anything (even pants or legs). It's a very persistant ache that goes up into my body slightly, almost like the after-effects of getting socked in the nads.

I've asked doctors about it a few times, but they usually brush it off as a minor injury from too much jostling or something - but that really shouldn't be the case since it doesn't seem to result from that and comes and goes randomly.

Anyone else have this? I've posted about it before and asked docs many times, but still no luck.

Yeah, that happens to me on occasion. Sometimes I'll just be walking or sitting or whatever, and suddenly I feel a sharp pain. It's always (thus far) been my right nut. Thankfully it happens infrequently... if it were frequent, I think I'd almost rather be castrated. It usually fades after maybe 20 minutes. Dunno what it is... mentioned it to a doctor one time, and he just shrugged it off. Each time it happens, I swear I'll go to the doctor to talk about it soon, but I never remember, until the next time it happens.
