Any GSM phone with Call blocker?

Is there any GSM phones with call-blocker that can block "private" callers or "no caller id" callers?

I know many phone has contact-only option, but that does not fit my need.

I know the Nokia's I used like the e51 and the e71 have the option to reject hidden callers.
