I have a sneaking suspicion that someone in my neighborhood may be rifling through our mail while the wife and I are at work. Can any of you guys recommend a wireless camera that I could network with my wireless internet connection and that would allow me to record to an internal hard drive for later playback? I currently have a wireless G router. TIA.

EDIT: If I could also log in from a remote location (like work, for example) and get a live stream from the camera, that would be a plus, but it's not a deal-breaker if it's not possible.

I would definitely be interested in this also. A camera I could hook into our WHS network and check via internet connection.

I've used the Linksys WVC54GCA and liked it. I have it setup at a clients via wifi. You attach the base to a wall/ceiling/floor and the camera will tilt swivel to whatever angle you need. Even though it is wifi, don't forget you still need to be near a power outlet :)

You can view it from outside the network if you forward the ports from your router. You can also configure the bitrate, how many frames per second. It has motion detection as well (which I have not used). The software that comes with it allows you to record to hard drive but I can't comment on how well that works since it is only used for "live" video. I've seen it as low as $80 at online retailers like amazon and newegg.
