<< I've gained too much fat these few months.. and need to get rid of them as soon as possible, exercise won't do much because I do those everyday for 30 mins. any medicine recommaned?? yea, a actually bottle of pill, don't tell me to do more exercise because I do those daily. but seriously.. burn more calorie and NEVER forget the golden rule that intake Calorie must never exceed the Calorie you use. Ideally you should intake slightly less calories than you use to lose weight. Start with 200 or 300 less a day(i.e. cutting off on pop, beer and sweets) then go to 500 cal less a day and continue... (who am I to speak anyway... I need 3,000 to 3,500 Cal a day to maintain my weight, otherwise I start losing)
