You need to eat less. Is it really that hard? You've gotten fat and disgusting because you eat too much. Stop eating so much!

The "I want to do what I want and still lose weight" idea is what makes billions for people who sell weight loss stuff.
Always been that way, always will.

<< You're really helpful, Skoorb.

Try Xenadrine... I've heard that it works. That or do the Atkins diet.
>>

I guess you mean I'm not being helpful, hey? Well the truth is what db said, and what i said. Manuelku says he does enough excercise but is still getting fat and wants to lose weight. He should be eating less. It's that simple.

He can use Xenadrine to step up his metabolism but apart from very questionable safety characteristics of those caffeine/ephedrine stack supplements he can lose weight the fastest by cutting back calories, and he isn't gonna want to keep taking that stuff forever.

Lets say your basic calorie requirements are 2100 calories a day. If you put your intake of calories down to 1300/day that is a deficit of 800 calories. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so it will take 4.3 days per pound of fat. This is about 3 months if you want to drop 20 pounds.

Methamphetamine?

but seriously.. burn more calorie and NEVER forget the golden rule that intake Calorie must never exceed the Calorie you use. Ideally you should intake slightly less calories than you use to lose weight. Start with 200 or 300 less a day(i.e. cutting off on pop, beer and sweets) then go to 500 cal less a day and continue... (who am I to speak anyway... I need 3,000 to 3,500 Cal a day to maintain my weight, otherwise I start losing)

Do not do the Atkins diet... you drop a bunch of weight very quickly, but it comes back just as quickly.

hmmm.... when I go on 2,000cal/day diet out of my laziness(I need about 3,500) by skipping breakfast, eating low calorie dinner(its hard not to since super greasy things tend to cause me stomach problem) and such, I lose like three to five pounds in a week, then I have to absolutely maintain 3,500 or above for a while if I don't want to become a stick...
