Any good web design forums out there?

It would be nice to find a forum like this one but for web design where users regularly post and are helpful. Does anyone know of any good ones with quick posts to questions. Topics of interest are PHP, Flash, CSS and others.
 
Sitepoint is probably the largest web design community.

I like cgtalk.com (or now known as cgsociety.org), as the information on the graphics/computing needs for heavy graphic work are truly pro level (and there's some really superb web designers -- none of this template crap -- who hang out there).

With web design I find a one size fits all forums don't do enough. So I frequent multiple sites (from Devshed [coding/scripting] to WHT [to price servers for 3D work]) for more ideas and solutions.

I use to use macromedia forums back when i was a noob, those are pretty good. They are newsgroups though.
