Any good substitutes for anti-static bags?

I just listed a bunch of computer components on Ebay but do not have any of those anti static bags to package them in. I assume plastic wrap is a no-no, maybe plain old paper? Any ideas?

yellow envelopes, actually, are the best solution. You primarily want to avoid allowing the hardware to contact the shipping materials and any plastics.

Some people recommend foil. I don't know if I believe it though.

Got a Fry's around you? Just ask the repair desk and the will give you a handful. That's what I always do. :)

I just went to a local computer shop when I needed to RMA my video card. They gave me an anti-static bag for free.

Yeah, just go to a local computer shop, Fry's if you have one, and ask them for their stuff.

hmmmmmmmm foil for technical reasons, any charge put on it will remain on the surface.
