I've already seen all "Living Dead" movies. Also saw Resident Evil, Doom, and 28 Days later.

Anything old or new that's really good that isn't usually on the radar?

Close, it was John Carpenter. :)

Check out Dellamorte Dellamore (AKA Cemetary Man)

Shaun of The Dead is a must also.

Re-animator is very good. Oddly enough, I hear the theatrical version is better than the unrated, though tracking down a copy of that is a royal pain.

Cemetery Man, though that is not specifically zombie related.

Dead Alive has zombies and tanker trucks of gore.

The Beyond is strange but not bad. Same for Demons.

Tombs of the Blind Dead, very creepy.

If you want obscure, unusual zombie fare, look to Italian horror cinema. Though finding good stuff amongst the mountains of crap will take some doing.

There's a wiki entry on zombie movies that lists everything you need, I'm too lazy to find the link.

For twisted, you can't go much further than The Stink of Flesh.

Dead Alive is awsome!!!! It starts a little slow but once it gets going wow :).
You have to get the unrated version because the rated one is about 30 mins shorter and cuts out all the good stuff.
