I've had red snapper at restaurants before and it's always good. Any good and simple recipes for it?

I've had a red snapper before, and I find I can't say anything else on the subject.

I knew a girl who went fishing with 10 guys and got so drunk she passed out. She woke up with a big red snapper.

..it's good but has a high persistence odor when you cook it. I always cook it outside on my propane grill. cooked it in the house once and took a month for the odor to disipate.

I'd just put a little salt, pepper, fresh garlic, basil, and olive oil. Don't overcook it.

for filets, you can cook on a pan , skin side down
in oven, you can broil 6" under the heating element, for 10minutes per 1" of fish

if it was a whole fish id do center-oven cook or on a grill
