any good offline reader?

I want to have some good offline reader to read the anandtech programs, something that will sync with the website fast, download things I follow (General hardware, offtopic, software, cpu and overclocking and operating systems)

That would be great if there were such a program! Let's see if someone might know of one.... I am interested also!
