definatly go with the tea idea, but add lots of honey to it to soothe your throat too!

only need Penicillin if you have Strep throat (rapid strep test or culture documented)
>95% of Throat infections are caused by viruses that do not respond to Antibiotics and will run there course what ever you do.


I personally use Salt water gurgles. 2 tables spoons of salt in a glass of water. Gargle as needed.

You can also ask a parmacy for Magic mouth wash (1:1:1 of Benadryl, viscous lidocaine, maalox)
