Ever since the Dirty Jobs where they went over how Tilapia feast on fish poop, I don't eat it anymore. I realize this is a bit irrational, but that's OK with me.

instead of tilapia, if you go to the chinese market you could get red snapper for about the same price or not much more (5.99/lb for me).... way better and sweet tasting

Oven broiled with some season salt, pepper, lemon, and onion served over rice. Tasty, light, healthy meal.
