Any good free PVR software?

I just found an old Asus TV880 Tuner Card but I can't find any of the software that came with it. I don't need anything fancy like Tivo, but the ability to change channels with CATV.

Dscaler is a good free tuner program.

Well, I tried it and it crashed like 30 times just trying to setup my card.

Reqs say you need a hardware encoder, which I'm not using. Thanks for the post though.

A bit of a longshot, but you might just try the wintv2000 software available from hauppauge

MythTV is a good free linux PRV - no good though if you use windows.

Just bought a slightly older pc at a great price for primary use as a PVR, probably will install linux and mythTV.

may or may not work w/ your card.
