Like a book of examples that show how something was done badly and how to fix it.(Websites) Or maybe a Cookbook (oreilly) type thing with examples that show how to lay things out for certain things. Pretty much an opposite of Web Pages That Suck.

Well, its not so much creativity. Just how to organize things so they flow naturally. (ie for pages with lots of picture, keep the pics no more than 3/4 of the screen.)
