Wait for the new Honda Civic Si if you don't need passenger space or cargo space. There are lots of kits available for these cars so they are highly customizable.

Oh yea, I would recommend this over the Contour SVT or Sentra SE-R. The new Si will have the same engine as the Honda S2000 but should cost around $10,000 less! What does YOUR engine sound like at 9000rpm? Oh that's right, it sounds like something that just blew up and caught fire! ;)

You mean ricing them out don't you Jigga?

Dude, there are plenty of good cars out there for under $20,000. Just go look and see what looks and feels good to you. Just don't get a Cavalier, I will smack ya if you do :)

One thing I am upset with Ford is they got rid of the ZX2. That thing never got a good rep being associated with escorts, but it is nothing like an escort. Everytime I have been driving with him not one Civic, no matter if it is an Si or not has been able to beat him....it is actually a really nice car.

"Ricing" is taking a bare-minimum Civic LX or DX, slapping an Acura logo on it and putting a VTEC sticker on it, and putting on some cheap bottom-dollar 'chrome' rims and putting on a fugly spoiler. If you want to do that, that's your business. I was only referring to adding 'real' performance upgrades from companies like Neuspeed or Mugen.

No no, you can still rice out a Si. I don't care what kind of car it is but once you start throwing on those stickers, lamo-rims, and other crap without doing anything that actually benefits the performance of the car is ricing it out.

I have seen plenty of riced out Si's. They would throw some lame-ass body kit on it, put a six-foot tall spoiler and 20" Rims and get spanked by my piece of crap 90 VW Jetta.

Import warranties are better [for the most part] than domestic makers because of one thing. Domestic car manfacturers have taken an ever larger market share! It has to do with competition and not reliability.

Depreciate your typical overpriced import and compare it to the percentage of the cheap domestic product. I'll stick with a Ford or???.

BTW, a friend of mine walked into an Oldsmobile dealer and picked out a loaded Intrigue. It listed for $25,000. He got it for $15,000!! Heck of a nice car.

If I was you I'd go drive some Nissans, Try the Celcica GTS its got awsome power! 180hp ;) Just drive and see what you like it doesn't matter how many people make suggestions. I got my Integra because I like its looks I got a good deal on it and I love the way it drives.
