I am in the process of purchasing a home soon and would like some info regarding the area that I live in.

Does anyone here know of any good homeowners/real estate forums that I can read to find pricing trends, new home purchase prices, school information, etc...?

It would be even better if the forum was specific to the area that I am looking for which is the Dublin/Danville/San Ramon area of the San Francicso bay area.
