Any glass cutters in here?

I have a 20cm x 20cm piece of filter glass that is 4.5mm (a bit over 3/16") thick. I need to have it cut into several small rectangular pieces. I'm trying to plan my layout but need to know a typical kerf width for glass cutting. The filter material is stupid expensive so I think it needs to be saw cut instead of having it scored and snapped as a I can't afford to waste material if the snap goes astray. I'm trying to maximize the usable area of the glass so knowing the kerf width will help a lot. The glass is Hoya U-325c material.
