It roughly translates to:
I hate it when people - who are pissed at the world -, blame it on you, like they haven't done anything at all (about the world).
I could be wrong.

freetranslation.com translates it to:

I hate are it if people, so that from at the world gepisst, and it takes out of on you when you made havent anything!

The away message has few to do with an understandable German sentence but if it was meant to say

then tell your friend to change the message to "Ich hasse es, wenn Leute angepisst sind und es an dir auslassen, wenn du nichts damit zu tun hast" or even better "Ich hasse es, wenn Leute den Anschiss haben und es an dir auslassen, obwohl du nichts damit zu tun hast". 🙂

I used google and freetranslation and came up with the same awkward translations as posted earlier, but I wanted a confirmation to make sure it was roughly what I was understanding. Thanks to all.

isnt auslassen seperable? if so then it should be auszulassen

Well, there is no infinitive verb in "people take it out on you" an neither is there one in "Leute lassen es an dir aus" (people-let-it-on-you-out 😕 ). Auszulassen is only used as an infinitive.
