Any Geforce 6800GT In PCI Express Coming Soon?

So far I haven't seen any 6800GT's in PCI-E yet at MSRP. There is one at newegg that is 495 dollars, 5 dollars away from the price of an AGP 6800 Ultra!

Are any 6800GT PCI-E's coming in any large numbers soon?
