I was just wondering what were its specs (ie is it a dupe like GF4 MX or is it based on true GF4 core?). also how it compares to Radeon Mobility and GF 2 GO in performance, power usage and size.
okay just read some where that GF4 GO is NV17m. But isnt that what GF2 GO was too? is GF4 GO simply GF2 GO on .15 micron manufacturng? may with their new MAP architecture added?
Anand's article from last november seems to be holding true as far as specs for the Geforce4Go (NV17M).
Things I read over at various places state that it's performance is similar to ATI's Mobile Radeon 7500 except when it comes to AA. The Geforce4Go does a beter job at AA than the Mobile Radeon 7500.
Toshiba's new high end satellite notebook has the Geforce4go gpu. Too bad they use desktop cpus though.
Waiting for compaq to adopt the Mobile Radeon 7500. It would be nice to have an mobile Athlon 4 with a mobile Radeon 7500.
