so why do you have the homeowner's insurance at all, if you aren't willing to use it, in fear of your premium?
I have home owners insurance for LARGE disasters. Like tornados, hurricanes, fire, robbery.
Not for 2k stuff. I would never file a home owners claim unless it was over 5K in damage. Your return on investment is going to get killed otherwise.
My wife and I going with two techniques right now. One of us is running the shopvac and we rented a RugDoctor. The RugDoctor seems to be pulling more water up.
So far we have pulled 40 gallons of water up.
