Any freeware webcam hosting/websites that allows you to restrict users?

I just got a new Logitech QuickCam and I found some neat freeware website/hosting service to host my content and it works great (ww.com, werbcamnow)...except for it's all public.

Are there any freeware sites that allows you to host web feeds but restrict who can view your content? I'd like to restrict it to friends/family.
