Do a search of this forum, there's a freely available Squid plugin for content filtering that's pretty much the one to use.

I tried it, it only blocks activeX's and stuff like that, it still lets you go to the website, even if the website is restricted.

Of course, when I tried it, I changed the settings, and restarted IE, but did not reboot. Would it have worked then?

Can you put the web address in there, and it will not let you visit it at all?

On IE properties, goto the Privacy tab. On the bottom you can block websites that you don't want the machine to access. I haven't try this yet, but you might want to give it a try.

I currently have Dan's Guardian set up on a Linux box that works really well. The program itself is free you can also get a blacklist file too for it.
