Any free Bluray movie players for windows?

I have on a blu ray drive and I don't want to have to spend $100 or so program to play blu ray movies. VLC player by it self does NOT play blu ray films as the films are still encrypted. Their is libbluray for VLC player but that doesn't work with a lot of newer movies.

I don't understand the point of these encryptions that make it so hard to play a movie.

Try again in Software for Windows. But the answer is no, I believe

\far as I know, there's no free bluray software on PC..... yet.

You can pick up an oem copy of whichever player software you want for like $10 shipped on ebay.
