Any ever suffer from insomnia/screwed up sleep cycle ?

Anyone have any good recoomendations on all natural sleeping aides ? I am really having trouble with my sleep cycle and getting it back to normal.

You're asking at 4:02AM on a Thursday morning. Duh.

I just use an OTC sleep aid. Seems to work okay.

I'd like to know too. I work nights and I hate it. Having other sleep problems doesn't help either.

I'm perpetually in a fscked up sleep cycle.

If I have to get sleep it's some prescription stuff my Dr. gave me.

Yes, this summer I messed up my sleep cycle because I didn't want to buy curtains (or spend money on unncecessary electricity like light). I would wake up at 5-6 a.m. everyday, and then fall asleep whenever the sun went down.

Now that I'm back in school, I need to get up WAY later so I can stay awake for my evening classes!
