I always thought that this product was a scam. Then I read this article and it pretty well confirms my suspicions.

I briefly worked at a law firm where they were gathering evidence about the scam-style stuff that Berkeley was doing; I actually heard some of their customer service rep tapes.

I was wondering when the hell the case was finally going to kick in.
