I bought a starter kit from these guys, waiting for it to come through the mail. Anyone used them before?

Thinking of buying other brands as well to try out, any suggestions?

There's a current thread on e-cigs here. Please post in that.

I just started using a Vamo V2 with a AGA rebuildable atomizer with a porous ceramic wick. I am really liking the results so far! Before that I was using the Kanger ProTank with the Vamo with great results, but the ceramic seems much cleaner than the stainless steel or silica rope wicks.

I wanted a e-cig that was about the same size as a normal one and ended up going with the Smokeless Image Volt starter kit. I have had it a couple months now and like it a lot. For me going from Marlboro lights I liked the Desert Joe 18mg the best...

Is this a new hipster fad?

I think its more about not producing nasty smoke and gross smells. My coworker uses an e-cig every day, and he claims he's regained his sense of smell and taste. My coworker can smoke his e-cig inside the building and nobody would ever know because the vapor is mostly odorless unless you're standing RIGHT in it, even then the vapor dissipates so fast it doesn't matter. I don't think its ALL hipsters.

I've been a fan of Volcano ecigs for a couple of years now. A friend just turned me onto a local ecig business called mister e-liquid though so I'm thinking about switching.

I highly suggest whatever you get, get a variable voltage ecig. Their performance is like 20x better than the next step down which tends to be something like this http://www.volcanoecigs.com/inferno-kit.html. That is what I've been using for 2 years now. After trying a variable voltage from mister e-liquid though I was blown away by the difference. Volcano has a variable volt as well for about the same price called the lavatube.
