Any drivers other than 97.02 for G80?

Splinter Cell Double Agent keeps crashing on me (as soon as I click the shortcut) and I've reinstalled the game and directX several times and it still crashes. Only thing I can think of is a newer video driver. ANyone know of one (maybe modded) that supports G80?

I believe the 96.97 drivers work with it as well as the 96.94 (I think that is the correct number).

You should have the 96.xx drivers on the CD that came with your card.

I tried the 96.97 drivers as well and that also crashes the retail Double Agent and gives corruption in the demo.

Well I borrowed it from a friend and tried it in my system..
I can't run it either it crashes with an error report in the beginning.. In my friend's pc is working just fine with an X1800XT..
I don't think that it is a problem with G80 gpus only..
I visited Ubisoft forums and some users with other gpus are experiencing the same issue..
I updated to patch 1.01 but nothing..

The 97.02 is the best your gonna get for now.

I've heard rumors that Nvidia is planning to release the new Forceware X (10) sometime in the future (next week? or two?)

Apparently the G80 is not on the list of supported GPUs right now and other people with G80s are having the same problem. People with G70/71 are actually having better luck playing this game. Sigh....this sucks.
