Any difference between Rage 128 Pro AIW and Radeon AIW besides 3d.

I'm helping a friend build a TIVO/Entertainment computer out of his old P3-550 Katmai box. He's decided to go with an ATi All-in-Wonder video card for most video things.

He'd like to pick up a Rage 128 Pro AIW because of the low price, but is there any difference between that and the Radeon AIW? Namely:

-Is the video output quality the same?

-Can they both capture programs in MPEG2?

-Lastly, will his P3-550 OC'd to 600Mhz be able to do software MPEG2 compression? I figured it would since my P3-933@1050Mhz could do it with less than 30% CPU utilization.

Thanks for any answers!

Pretty much 3D is the only concern since I think they both use the same TV tuner chip and capture chip. I had the same issue when I built my home theater PC a couple months ago. A AIW Pro was ~$100 and a AIW Radeon was ~$150. I put it on an athlon 500 and as long as recording is the only thing going on its fine. I have since upgraded to an athlon 700, but I would think the hard drive would be more important than the CPU for video recording.
